I love Richard Simmons, he’s just always good when you need a laugh… but isn’t he getting a LITTLE too old for those short shorts?  They’ve never looked good, but now it’s just foul.  He is going to wear those things – with nothing underneath – until his balls sag out of them.

Sorry, that was crass and inappropriate but it’s the first thing that popped into my sick little mind when I saw these pictures.

There’s Richard Simmons at Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.  He met with Congress to urge them to implement more physical education programs in schools and allow for more physical activity… Then he got some people up on their feet to sweat to the oldies… or whatever it is he’s sweating to these days.

He’s getting too old for those short shorts though.  They’ve never been all that attractive, and the older he gets, the creepier he is for wearing them like it’s OK.  I know they’re his signature thing, but he could wear some spandex under them…

So here’s the deal – if you have some free time on your hands and you want to do something funny to that picture with photoshop, go for it and email it to me – danasdirt@danasdirt.com and as long as it’s 1. funny, and 2. not too raunchy (clearly you could put a penis there and it would be funny, but way too inappropriate, not to mention obvious, for this site)… I’ll post it!
