Nick Hogan was released from jail late last night. He served 5 and a half months (166 days) of an 8 month sentence. He was greeted by his sister Brooke, and went home to a PARTY in his honor… Hopefully this clown learned his lesson.

Mama Linda Hogan went to visit Nick Hogan in jail for his birthday. She brought him a skateboard… since he obviously won’t be driving for a lonnnnnnnnng time!

TMZ has a taped phone conversation between Nick Hogan and his dad… Nick’s in maximum security because of his age and there are no windows or bars in his cell… and he’s “freaking out” and even had the nerve to ask his dad to call the judge and ask him if he can be put on HOUSE ARREST!!! Yeah, because being confined to your multi-million dollar home with your TV, stereo, video games, friends coming over, and mom’s home cooked meals is REALLY punishment for driving like a maniac and f*cking up your friend for life… Ugh. Didn’t he say in front of the judge that he’s ready for whatever sentence he gets??? I think he did.

I just watched the streaming video of Nick Hogan’s trial on TMZ… He was sentenced to 8 months in jail and 5 years probation with 500 hours of community service.
Everyone spoke – Hulk, Linda, Brooke (wearing an off the shoulder dress!), and John’s parents, sister, and girlfriend.
His friend, John Graziano, is still in the hospital with serious brain damage and will never live a normal life. Such a total shame… I’d hope this would be a lesson to other reckless kids – or anyone for that matter…
Nick and his friend John were drag racing on August 26 of last year when he lost control of his Supra.
