Wacky bump, baby bump, bizarre!!!

Naomi Watts has the most bizarre baby bump ever.  It looks like the kid is growing in her esophagus and not her uterus.  And it’s crooked.  Maybe it’s growing in her appendix.  It REALLY looks like a big balloon is under there!
