Lindsay Lohan walking around LA in short shorts… Maybe she’s hoping to run into JOEL MADDEN and seduce him with those sexy freckled legs…

Nicole Richie leaving her driving class yesterday.  Doesn’t it seem like she’s been going to these classes forever?  She was going while she was pregnant, she stopped for a while, and she’s been back since having Harlow Winter Kate.

Joel Madden hosted a party at “The Hotel” nightclub right after the Good Charlotte show in West Palm Beach, FL.  Nicole wasn’t with Joel… but those hot chicks were invited to hang out with him in the DJ booth…
