Frigging cutie pie face David Cook went and started wearing EYELINER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who the hell made him do this?????  He can NOT NOT NOT wear make up!!!!!  I know Steven Tyler and all those guys do it but they have to, they are frigging old.

There was controversy over whether or not he wore eyeliner in the finale – it appears he did – but I figured it might just be a fun thing for the finale, not something he’s going to make part of his “look”.  It’s not good, not good at all.

Oh, and PETE WENTZ wears eye liner – do you REALLY want to emulate PETE WENTZ??

I saw the American Idols show tonight, and let me tell you – the first part of the show was quite the snoozefest, but Brooke White killed Let It Be (more like let it pee in my case since Kyla chose that moment to have to go to the bathroom!!)… I was waiting for her to like, flub the words and start over, but she was great.  I love her voice… I hope she comes out with some Sheryl Crow type songs.  Jason Castro never impressed me and he still doesn’t.  He had a few moments but I don’t really like him.  These girls sitting behind us had huge posters for Jason and they were screeching.

Syesha came out singing Umbrella-ella-ella and I didn’t like it.  I was thinking she’s not Rihanna, so just don’t touch Umbrella… but then she sang If I Ain’t Got You by Alicia Keys and I SWEAR she banged it out better than Alicia.  Then she did another great performance of a song I can’t remember the name of.

David Archuleta sang Angels – he should re-release that song.  America doesn’t really dig Robbie Williams so that song didn’t do as much as it should have here, but David Archuleta could make it big.  His new song Crush is out…

You can hear it by clicking here.  Let me know what you think!  I like it.  I really like it.  I’m listening to it now.  I was actually hoping he would sing it tonight but he didn’t.  He also did Stand by Me – but he ruined it by busting in with the rap-ish part… I can’t remember what else he sang.  Listen to the new song, I think you’ll like it.  I didn’t think he was going to come out with anything I’d ever want to listen to but I was wrong!

And David Cook opened with Hello, his best performances were I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing – which he sweetly joked that he wrote for Michael Johns – and his song Time of My Life… Randomly Dirty Dancing’s I’ve Had the Time of My Life just popped into my head.

So I was trying very hard to find a picture of David Cook in the eyeliner, and I am kicking myself that I didn’t charge my camera before the show so I could have taken a picture… I couldn’t find one.

But I did find David Cook’s prom picture from the Fox affiliate in his hometown… I am not sure if many people have seen this but it’s cute!

I also found an entire message board complete with a roster of members dedicated to David Cook’s Eyes.  It’s all about his eyes, close up pictures of his eyes, people who have the same color eyes as him posting close up pictures of their eyes, it’s pretty nuts!

Allright, that’s enough.  The AI tour is worth seeing if you’re a fan of the show.  It gets better as they get to the final few.

Jimmy Kimmel hosts “Taste for a Cure”… and hottie David Cook performs!  A few other random celebrities were there… like Niecy from the TLC show… I think it’s TLC she’s on right?  I watch her all the time, but there’s so many “clean house” “clean sweep” “house swap” whatever shows I can’t keep them straight.  She cracks me up!

OK so here’s my thought process… I’d vlog but I look like dookie.

Anyway, here’s my thought process as I’m about to post these adorable pictures of David Cook and David Archuleta… I’m thinking how cute are they?  I mean, they’re just nice guys with talent who got lucky and then proved they are great… and they’re both adorable… so how could I possibly be mean to them?

Then I see this picture of David Cook from the side – which I originally thought was cute when I saw the thumbnail… and then I clicked on it and realize his shave is completely uneven!  And I actually kind of liked his hair better at the beginning when it was a little messier… now it’s almost too neat.  Still, he might end up being the cutest rock star ever.

I think I’m going to make a little banner that says D*ana’s Dirt loves David ² or something… D*ana’s Dirt loves the Davids… I don’t know, maybe put it up near my silly face for fun.  If anyone wants to make me one, send it over.  I’ll credit you and send you some love.  Just something that I could put in my banner for a little while…

OK, so who is shaving David Cook?  Besides Kimberly Caldwell of course.  I mean, is she his girlfriend?  I don’t think it’s gone that far yet… they’re just hanging out.  I think the paparazzi needs to start following them more.  Get on it people.  We want to see who David Cook is with!!!!!!!

So the question everyone’s been asking was finally answered on Regis & Kelly… Does David Cook have a girlfriend?

Well, David told Regis & Kelly that he took Kimberly Caldwell on a date at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse – and it went well… and he said they’ll probably hang out again!

I hope the paparazzi follow them.  I want to see what happens!!

That’s a very nice pretty picture of Kimberly by the way, there are a bunch of not so flattering ones I could have used but I felt like being nice… for now.  I’ll save the other ones for when she breaks his heart.

Oh, and just don’t let them make a “From David to Kimberly” movie!!!!!

There’s David Cook – does he or does he not have a girlfriend – on CNN. Seriously, I don’t know if he is still dating the dancing chick or not… All I know is that a LOT of people are Googling and wondering – does David Cook have a girlfriend?

Hopefully he’ll answer that question – again – on Larry King Live!

I have to set my DVR. Monday night will be full of good TV!!

Not only did David Cook win American Idol and get the recording contract that comes along with it, he is now the proud owner of this bright blue custom made AI chopper!  The motorcycle has pictures of the past winners, the judges, and Ryan Seacrest on it, and they’ll be putting David’s face on it now that he won.  Pretty damn sweet… in a Pee Wee Herman bike kind of way I guess.

DAVID COOK WON AMERICAN IDOL!!!!

I was so surprised… I WANTED him to win, and I know he is just BETTER than David Archuleta, but it just didn’t seem like he was going to pull it off.  He got 12 million more votes than David… which seems like a lot, but it was really a 56/44 split which isn’t that much of a “landslide”…

I just hope he keeps his humility… and does anyone know if he still has a girlfriend?  He was dating the girl from the dance show (too tired to look it up right now sorry) but I don’t know what the latest is.

What do you think?  Can you believe Simon apologized to him?  That was pretty cool…

No, Jason Castro, you just sang one song, NOT TWO!!  Stop confusing Paula with that peace sign!!!

So how funny is THIS… My friend Travis told me that something crazy happened on American Idol last night, just as I was about to start watching it, so we came to the conclusion that it would be funny for me to videotape my reaction to what happened.  My friend later said, “that’s such a youtube thing to do” – yes, indeed it is.

So I taped my reaction… I mean, she is just a NIGHTMARE!!!  I actually started to wonder whether or not Paula was so wasted they opted at the last minute to wait to do the judging so she could sober up!  And sure enough… looks like they should have waited a little longer.

I started thinking at first, was this all taped or something and she’s got a script??  Then I realized no she’s just an idiot… maybe she was confused and started judging the clips they showed of them with Neil Diamond – who I love by the way…

I want to post the video, but I am not sure about showing my face just yet…  I don’t like how I look on camera and I don’t really want to be subject to nasty comments – I dish, I don’t like to take :)

I also have to edit it a little, it took me forever to turn the camera off so I have to chop it up!

As for the performances, I think Syesha did a BEAUTIFUL job singing her first song… Jason Castro needs to pack up his dreds and PEACE OUT… David Archuleta will not win this competition after last night… Brooke’s first song blew, the second one was beautiful, she is in her element at that piano!!  David Cook will win.  And I can’t wait!

 

 

I really like Brooke White on American Idol but this was absolutely atrocious – and the SECOND TIME she stopped and started over!!  Can you imagine going to one of her concerts… eek!  She didn’t do such a hot time singing at all… I liked her a LOT at the beginning, but she just let her nerves get the best of her and made some bad song choices… I don’t know, girlfriend might be going home tonight. 

Carly rocked it out dawg.  For me her performance was right on.  David Archuleta blah blah blah.  David Cook is hot.  Syesha did well, but she bores me… and Jason Castro was terrible, I haven’t liked him much at all anyway.  I totally would have guessed he’d be next, but with what Brooke did… Then again, her fans might be more compelled to vote considering what happened, to help her out.
