Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles were driving to The Royal Variety Show, when their Rolls Royce was attacked by a group of student protesters yesterday.
The protesters were shouting “off with their heads”, splattered paint on the car, and even smashed a window. The couple arrived safely at the event after security swooped in to take care of the protesters.
The protests and resulting violence were sparked by university tuition hikes in the UK.
On Wednesday, Prince Charles and Prince William were at the ICAP Charity day event. Here’s a bunch of pictures, including a few of Prince William hamming it up.
