Billy Ray Cyrus filed for divorce yesterday citing irreconcilable differences, and Tish was spotted being comforted by her kids Noah and Braison just hours later.

Miley and her dad took the dogs for a walk in Toluca Lake yesterday.  What is he wearing?  That jacket… is… weird.  When did he get rid of his mullet?  Didn’t he have a really great Achy Breaky Mullet?  I loved it.  Now he’s biting Jon Bon Jovi’s look with a little less denim.

Actually, have you seen ALL the Vanity Fair pictures?  Even more disturbing than the ones of Miley Ray Cyrus “topless” with a sheet covering her, are the ones of her all seductively posed, belly showing, with her FATHER BILLY RAY SIMPSON!!!
