Actress Sandra Bullock won a three year restraining order against a fan who allegedly tried to kill her husband at her California home last month.

Marcia Valentine is said to have attempted to run over TV mechanic Jesse James five times after driving her Mercedes onto the couple’s Orange County estate.

Bullock on Friday told a Santa Ana court that Valentine threw woven palm fronds with “weird signs” and “pieces of animal fur” over her gate and also left them on a neighbour’s property.

A judge said there is “clear and convincing evidence” that Valentine had repeatedly stalked Bullock and her family and ordered her to stay at least 500 feet away from them.
