New Kids on the Block were on the Today Show yesterday morning.  I’m actually watching it now because I was out all day and only caught a little of it… It was rainy, so that didn’t do them any favors… Their concerts are selling out… FUN!!

This is NOT a cheesy comeback song, it’s good.  A little LFO, but they’re all buds I think so it’s good.

I just got an IM from my boss – I get to debut the new New Kids On The Block single, Summertime, tonight on my radio show… I do a new music feature at 9pm est.

They’ll be up against Gavin Rossdale – I actually really like his song, Love Remains The Same.

New Kids on the Block were on the Today Show this morning, they look great!!!  They didn’t perform, but Donnie Wahlberg said they’re working on a new album… and their new sound won’t be much different than their older songs, “maybe a few less oh-ohs” he said!  How cute… and Joey Joe did this little wink before going to commercials… I watched it with my boss this morning, we were giddy with excitement!!

So here’s the message Danny Wood posted in his MySpace blog… He says you would hear about a comeback first on nkotb.com which is where the comeback tease is!  So is he messing with us?  They are apparently headed to Orlando soon to work on some more songs.  I think they’re up to something… Why wouldn’t they?  None of them has done as well solo as they did when they were a group, and the Spice Girls are CASHING IN right now with their reunion… As long as they can get Jon Knight out of his cabin in the woods…

I loved being a part of the group, and have always thought “maybe someday we’ll get back together” – you just never know when your someday will come.
