Olivier Martinez and Halle Berry looked to be having a good day in Hollywood today… That is until the Paparazzi pissed Olivier off. Martinez allegedly put the smackdown on one photographer and striking another.
According to E! one of the photogs has filed a Police Report stating that Olivier allegedly backed into his car and threatening him.
The details are unclear, but the photos certainly show Olivier in a scuffle with a photographer.

Halle Berry spent yesterday relaxing on the beach with what appears to be a new dude… and some other guys, one in a speedo that says “SPANK” on the butt. HOT, right? She and Gabriel Aubrey announced their break-up a few months ago, but they’d been “off” for a while. He must have their little daughter Nahla for the weekend… so mom gets a break and some time to chill with her new boyfriend. OK, I don’t know that he’s a boyfriend, but he seems to be into her!!
