According to TMZ, Donna Summer died this morning after a battle with cancer. She was 63.
What’s your favorite Donna Summer song? I love “Last Dance” and of course “She Works Hard For The Money”.
According to TMZ and ABC News (who apparently wrote the Obituary for Dick Clark ages ago) American Icon Dick Clark has died at 82 of a Heart Attack.
Dick had a stroke a few years ago in 2004, but eventually returned to television once a year for his “New Years Rockin’ Eve” show with Ryan Seacrest. Dick, who pre-stroke was one of the best TV presenters, always sounded and looked awful and it was pretty embarrassing to watch after the stroke. I mean, no disrespect to the guy but it was a complete trainwreck, he would count too slow, his speech was all slurred. It sounded like Ed McMahan had a few bottles of champagne and did the countdown himself! And it always seemed like Seacrest, who was obviously humbled to be picked by Dick for the hosting gig, and happy to have Dick on the show, always wanted to get him on and off the air as quickly as possible.
So yeah. Dick Clark is dead. I always sort of knew he would work until he died. He seemed like that kind of guy. Maybe it was ego, but I like to think that maybe it’s just because he loved show business.
CBS News is reporting that Grammy Award winning Singer, Amy Winehouse was found dead in her London home on Saturday. She was 27 years old. The details of her death are not immediately known, although the London Ambulance Service arrived to find her already dead. One can’t help but think that drugs and/or drinking played a factor, although Winehouse has had other health problems as well. She was recently hospitalized for feeling weak and fainting.
Winehouse recently had to cancel several concerts after an awful show in Serbia in which she could barely stand up.
Celebs are already reacting to the singer’s death. Tom Green, Country Singer Jimmy Wayne, Dr. Drew Pinsky and even Demi Moore tweeted about the death moments after it hit the Twitterverse.
Amy joins “Club 27“, all the influential musicians who have died at the age of 27… Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Kurt Cobain, etc.
This is so sad… Gary Coleman suffered a fall last week, had a brain hemmorage, and died Friday at the age of 42.

So sad! Miley’s bus driver “Uncle Bill” was killed in a tour bus crash in Virginia. Apparently he suffered a cardiac arrest while driving and the bus ran off the road. One other person was injured, Miley was not on the bus.

Because Fame Kills.
Really, how freaking ironic about the photographer that dropped dead at the sight of her the other night. I mean not really because of her, but she does aim to shock and disgust.
At least she’s wearing a black atrocity.
