Nicky Hilton & David Katzenberg on the beach in Malibu.  She must be so happy she’s stayed out of trouble.  Yeah, we’ve seen her drunk here and there and she’s not innocent, but at this point she’s definitely one of the most well-behaved socialites in Hollywood.  I actually like her.
