Nick Lachey & Cacee Cobb were caught having lunch together on Thursday… He apparently just broke up with Vanessa Minnillo, but I also read they denied the break up… so who knows.  And she’s with Donald Faison… so they’re just friends… I wonder if they get together and talk about Jessica?

Cacee Cobb is one of those rare people who is famous and attracts (albeit minor) paparazzi attention simply for being friends with someone who is famous.  Gotta love her!
