You would think that since half the girls in Hollywood her age have been arrested for DUI or drugs or both this year Mischa Barton would know better, get a driver, be smart, or whatever… But oh no, once again a stupid ass celebrity chick hopped in her snotty ride after a night of hard partying and got her scrawny ass arrested… for suspected DUI and posession of narcotics… oh, and her license is suspended as well.  She was driving in West Hollywood at 2:45 this morning and failed to signal a turn so the cops pulled her over.  She was apparently held on $10,000 bail and is now out… her parents picked her up in their black Mercedes at 10:10am.

Didn’t Mischa say in a recent interview that she’s not like the other girls???  Kind of being uppity like she would never get in trouble like this???  I have to find it…

May the drunken celebrity driving parade roll in in 2008…

It dudn’t git no mo white trash than this… Kid Rock and several members of his entourage were arrested after a brawl at a Waffle House in Atlanta… He was released after posting bail and signed autographs on the way out of the DeKalb County Jail!

At least it was just weed!!  They’d probably already snorted, swallowed, and injected the other drugs…

Uncle Kracker told People Magazine earlier today that he is innocent and did not do anything to a 26 year old woman who accused him of sexually assaulting her last night.  He was arrested in Raleigh, NC around 4:30 this morning and was accused of second degree forcible sexual assault.

“It’s regretable that someone would make this kind of allegation, not only because it’s not the kind of thing I’d do, as the father of two girls, it’s the kind of thing that I wouldn’t stand for.”

He was let go on $75,000 bail… not $5 million as was earlier reported.

Lindsay Lohan apparently told Bill Bush from Access Hollywood that the drugs found in her pocket were not hers.  She claims she didn’t do drugs and that she was being chased by her former assistant’s mother which is why she was speeding.

Yeah, because everyone just carries a little bit of coke around for their friends, and both breathalyzer tests (.12 and .13) scream of innocence… What an idiot she is.

So much for Lindsay Lohan’s rehabilitation and taking it all seriously!!  She was involved in a car chase last night and was arrested for DUI – again!!! 

According to TMZ, “Lindsay Lohan was popped for possession of cocaine, driving under the influence, transporting a narcotic into a custodial facility and driving on a suspended license. Sources say her blood alcohol level was between .12 and .13, well over the .08 legal limit.  Cops tell TMZ cocaine was found in her pants pocket.”

Girl is in deep doo-doo.

According to Digital Spy, Boy George was arrested the other night for false imprisonment of a male escort he and his lover hired to come to his house to take photographs for money.

Boy George has been arrested on suspicion of false imprisonment and assault charges.

Auden Carlsen, 28, alleges that the former Culture Club singer and another man chained him to a wall at the star’s east London flat.

Carlsen, a Norwegian male escort, had arrived at the flat to pose for photographs in exchange for money.

Carlsen told The Mirror: “I was convinced I was going to die. George handcuffed me to a hook by the bed as they held me down.”

A police spokesperson said: “We investigated reports of an alleged forced imprisonment and common assault made by a 28-year-old man. A man in his forties was arrested in connection with the investigation.”

 

Ew ew ew… I thought it was bad he got arrested a few years ago on drug charges and had to do his community service in an orange jumpsuit (remember those pictures?) but this is just horrible!!!

An Indian high court has sensationally issued a warrant for the arrest of Richard Gere, following the Hollywood star’s kiss with Shilpa Shetty at a public charity event in Mumbai.

TMZ reports that Judge Dinesh Gupta has said that the clinch between Gere and Shetty “transgressed all limits of vulgarity” during the event designed to publicise HIV/AIDS.

He also described the incriminating video footage as “highly sexually erotic”, criticising Shetty for not resisting Gere’s “advances”.

Gere could spend three months in jail if caught and found guilty: Unbelievable yet true.  

It is not known when he might return to India as a result of the warrant.

I suppose it’s not funny that Hugh Grant assaulted someone… but the photographer was right outside his house waiting to snap pictures – and he threw a CAN OF BAKED BEANS AT HIM!!!
