Willie nelson is off the hook now for his latest pot charge.

Let’s talk about this one…  First, it’s Willie Nelson.  Of course he is going to be smoking pot – a lot.  No one is surprised with this.  He’s an older man, just leave him be.  He’s not harming anyone.  Second, isn’t pot legal yet?!  I know that this is going to annoy people but whateve – just leave people be with pot, alcohol and cigerettes are worse anyway.

Anyway.  Willie just has to pay a $500 fine and $280 in court costs. 

A Border Patrol agent could smell the pot when it was pulled over at a check point in Texas on Interstae 10.

The judge did comment, “He got the same thing I’d give to anybody,” Bramblett said of the settlement.  Yay judge!

Willie Nelson just continue being happy.

Either you remember Kendra Wilkinson from Dancing With The Stars or as a former Playboy Playmate – or maybe not at all.  But you will remember her for saying that she is not going to move again.  Then again she is going to be staying in her posh L.A. home with her son…

Kendra dished that she is not planning to move with her football-player husband, Hank Baskett this fall if he goes back to Minnesota.  This means that Kendra and their son, Hank IV, are going to stay in L.A.

Yes, it will be hard – being away from your professional football player husband is rough…  Especially when you aren’t able to get him to do whatever you want immediately like you’re used to.

But really though – she knows that she is going to miss him, Minnesota and L.A. are quite the distance.  Having had moved from Philadelpa to Indianaplois to Minnesota and possibly back to Minnesota she has had enough.

And Kendra and Hank are planning on explanding their family – the time is now and they are both on the same page.  The question is going to be how are they going to do that when he is in Minnesota and she is in L.A.?  Things are going to get interesting!

I hope that Edie Falco is taking notes on this one…

Kim Kardashian’s prenup with hubby-to-be Kris Humphries is getting some publicity before the big day when they both actually sign it.

I understand that in Hollywood all celebrities have to protect their assests – but I never would have guessed that Kim kardashian is worth $12 million.  And she is making sure that if things between her and Kris don’t work out that it will be all right for her – financially that is.

Anything that Kim makes during her marriage to Kris will remain hers.  And Kris seems to be all right with this, he does make $3.2 million a year on the New Kersey Nets.

Kris seems all right with everything right now – but if the marriage fails Kris gets nothing and Kim keeps everything that was and is hers.  That sounds about right.

This is really becoming a Hollywood love story – complete with a 20.5 carat diamond ring.

Edie Falco, who one of the stars on Nurse Jackie, is not a fan of reality t.v.  And she has no idea who Kim Kardashian is – apparently Edie is completely ignoring all media becuase everyone knows who Kim Kardashian is.

While Edie isn’t a fan of reality television, she is a fan of award shows.  Well, of course she is!  Whenever Edie gets an award she can get a bigger paycheck and that’s what working is all about!

So…  When Edie was asked about Kim Kardashain, this is what she had to say:  “Who the hell is Kim Kardashian?” 
Edie.  Kim Kardashian was secretly married once and divorced, her father was the defense lawyer for O.J. Simpson – Robert Kardashian, she has a clothing store in Calabasa, CA named Dash, was on Dancing With The Stars and she just got engaged to a basketball player – Kris Humphries of the New Jersey Nets with a huge diamond.  O, and she has a huge butt.  That’s who Kim Kardashian is.

The truth all came out when Edie was being interviewed by New York Magazine’s Vulture blog.  I’m not sure if what she is saying is good or bad because I love some reality shows – but others I can do without, and by without wiping people’s memory Men In Black style may be the best option for society to not become any dumber.

Josh Duhamel is planning on returning to All My Children for an upcoming episode to reprise his role of artist Leo du Pres. 

An executive producer of the show, Julie Carruthers, spoke aboput Josh coming back to teh show.  “Everyone at All My Children is thrilled and excited to welcome Josh back to Pine Valley.  The appearance of Leo is sure to be one of the highlights of the season.”

And of course, in true soap opera tradfition teh characer that was presumed dead in 2003 is going to return from the dead for this appearance.  The air date has yet to be announced but I will be sure to DVR this!

I don’t understand why celebrities think that they are able to get away with anything that they want to!  But this time it is not working – and the celebrity is being punished – and quite well.

JaRule is going to prison in connection with a NYC gun case is being sentenced today to two years of hard time.

JaRule tweeted yesterday, “My last day out.”  He spent the day at the movie and with his family.  This is exactly how I would spend my last day without concrete walls everywhere… 

At least JaRule is owning up to the situation a little bit.  Monday morning he told “Good Day New York” that “laws are laws.  There’s nothing I could really do but own up to the situation.”

No worries about this though, JaRule will still be making a ridiculous amount of money while he is in prison with a new album on the way. 

And of course he’ll be spending his time doing something positive – getting his GED.  I’m sure that this is definately something that young boys that look up to rappers think is good.

Emma Watson is now telling us why she left Brown University – and it’s not because she was being bullied for being Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter series.  The other students didn’t even really care that she was in Harry Potter!  (I don’t really beleive that, but that is what she is telling us…)

The real reason why she left college?  “I was in denial,” she explained. “I wanted to pretend I wasn’t as famous as I was. I was trying to seek out normality, but I kind of have to accept who I am, the position I’m in and what happened.”

Apparently Emma Watson has a great life.  Now the question is what is going to happen if her acting career dries up and she runs out of the money she has from the Harry Potter movies?  She should have stayed in school to get an education!

Seriously – this girl is not as smart as Hermione and she is proving it!

The country queens are getting ready to kick of the 2011 Country Music Awards, which air tonight.  The singers were filming a paraody of the original movie that is marking it’s 20th anniversary this year.

This is the first time in seven years that Shania is going to be at the awards – and it’s because she is now promoting her autobiography, her show on OWN and her music.  Seems like this is some year for Shania!

No worries about there being a shortage of talent tonight at the Country Music Awards – Justin Bieber, American Idols Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina, Keith Urban and Lady Antebellum are all going to be on stage at some point!
