Olivier Martinez and Halle Berry looked to be having a good day in Hollywood today… That is until the Paparazzi pissed Olivier off.  Martinez allegedly put the smackdown on one photographer and striking another.

According to E! one of the photogs has filed a Police Report stating that Olivier allegedly backed into his car and threatening him.

The details are unclear, but the photos certainly show Olivier in a scuffle with a photographer.

Johnny Depp is on the cover of the January Edition of Vanity Fair and he looks HOT.  Annie Liebovitz took the pics for the magazine, and Johnny Depp talked about his battles with the people at Disney.

“They couldn’t stand him. They just couldn’t stand him,” Depp says of Disney’s reaction to his controversial interpretation of Sparrow. “I think it was Michael Eisner, the head of Disney at the time, who was quoted as saying, ‘He’s ruining the movie.’ Depp reveals to Smith, however, that he remained unfazed by the studio’s hysteria. “Upper-echelon Disney-ites, going, What’s wrong with him? Is he, you know, like some kind of weird simpleton? Is he drunk? By the way, is he gay?… And so I actually told this woman who was the Disney-ite… ‘But didn’t you know that all my characters are gay?’ Which really made her nervous.”

I’m willing to bet someone at Disney passed out when he said that.

Super-Douche Pete Doherty (the English Musician who was caught forcing his cat to smoke crack and dated Kate Moss)  was in court today in London town, dealing with his recent legal issues caused by his cocaine addiction.  Of course, he looked like he was on drugs himself (London just experienced a pretty decent snowfall, so I don’t think he’s sweating because of the weather) and had a creepy looking friend along for the ride.

So RadarOnline.com posted audio today, of an alleged phone conversation between Britney Spears and her former husband-for-55-hours, Jason Alexander.  In the clip, a female caller (supposedly Britney) alleges that Jason Trawick beat her, and that he proposed to her.

Jason Alexander claims the audio is legitimate, but our team of audio experts here at D*ana’s Dirt dot Com have proven that he’s a LIAR!

The first part is a clip from the audio that Jason Alexander alleges is a tape of Britney, the second is a clip from an interview that Britney did for MSN, filtered to sound like it’s on the phone.

Britney’s voice from the MSN interview is much higher than the voice that Jason Alexander is claiming to be Britney’s.  Also, the voice says “… my manager, Adam” at one point.  Why would she have to explain who her manager is to someone that knows her as well as he claims?

Furthermore, The real Britney was spotted rushing to be with Jason Trawick and hanging out with him.  Hmmm…

Heather Locklear is reportedly in the hospital for a bacterial infection.  Doctors in Los Angeles decided to keep her for observation after learning of the severe infection.

The former Melrose Place star recently did a 30 day stint in rehab for Prescription drug addiction and had just finished filming a Lifetime movie.

She’s expected to be released from the hospital this afternoon.
