The best ones are the cards you get points for paying your utility bill and gas. Most people have to buy gas and have utility payments why not use your card and get the points. Just save the money you normally do for those payments and send it to the CC.

9a few months ago I went to a local check cashing place and, for $9.95, bought a pre-paid Visa. You can put as much money on it as you want and use it anywhere you want. I only use mine online because when used in a store, you incur a $1.50 finance charge for each use. HTH
