Here are the Jackson kids leaving karate class yesterday.

How nuts is this… My 5 year old had dental surgery yesterday and it was recommended that she be put to sleep for the procedures… It’s actually a lot more common than I thought considering since going through this I have talked to a lot of parents who have had similar issues with their young children’s teeth… So I was very confident about the care she was receiving from a dentist who does these surgeries often, and a reputable pediatric anesthesiologist.

I got the paperwork with the breakdown of the charges after… and guess what medication was used to put her to sleep – PROPOFOL!

Now, some people were like OMG did they tell you that’s what they were using??  All in shock, because of course that’s the deadly drug Michael Jackson was using… Um, no, they didn’t tell me, they did their job and used a safe medication in a safe dosage on my child, in a hospital setting, etc… But it’s just amazing to me how the drug Propofol, which most of us had probably never heard of, is now like synonymous with CRACK because Michael was using it to go to sleep every night.  Clearly that is insane, but it’s meant for knocking people out for surgery so I have no problem with it.  It was just very funny to see that’s what they used considering the hoopla!

Kyla is fine, she just cant use a straw for a few days… but I thought that was interesting.

Kate Gosselin on her way to the bank… perhaps in the hopes that her estranged husband Jon Gosselin has already returned the $180,000 he took from their joint account agaist a mediation agreement.  Like what did he need that big chunk of money for???  Certainly he wasn’t out spending it on his children!!!

Amy Winehouse looks like she could be the baddest of the bad girl Pink Ladies… Like Rizzo on CRACK!  Can you handle her hotness???

Although, let’s give her credit, she’s apparently off the drugs… as for the booze, I’d be willing to bet that’s what she dripped all over her shirt!  She’s out with her Goddaughter Dionne… she looks older than 13!  Apparently she is quite the singer, her first single was released to BBC Radio today – with Amy singing back up.  If anyone wants to send me a link to listen to it I would love to hear it… I just don’t feel like searching for it right now!
