You know me when I get onto something… Within the MJ fan community there has been much talk about the Michael Jackson accusers coming forward to admit they lied… There’s also a letter allegedly written by Azja Pryor – former girlfriend of Chris Tucker – pleading with the Arvizo family to come forward.
I do not think she actually wrote it because it comes from an obscure website and just doesn’t seem legit… I’m looking into it…Â

Anyway, I found Star Arvizo, the younger brother of the accuser, on Twitter, FB, and MySpace… I also found his girlfriend and sent them both messages asking how they felt about the death of Michael Jackson.
Here was Star aka David Arvizo’s response:

Let’s see… now Michael Jackson was a coke snorter too? NEVER HEARD OF THAT… I mean, not even the media has made that up. And no doubt his family has been through a lot, but it’s been their own fault. I guess those kids were victims of their crazy mother when they were younger, but they’re over 18 now – and apparently still holding up the lie and making up new ones while living it up quite nicely in the Atlanta area.
I read his girlfriend’s MySpace blog – she has since deleted her profile – and I found it quite sad that in one part of her blog she talked about having cuts on her fingers from something and they were taped up like Michael Jackson. He apparently writes her poetry about truth and honesty… Oh do you buy it?
And was I wrong and/or crazy for looking this all up and bothering to post it?
I responded to him with a number of questions based on things I read… I would be wiling to bet that he had no idea I had actually done some looking into it. I was actually shocked to even get a response, guess I struck a nerve. According to some things I read, he was the most willing participant of the 3 children and was closest to his mother.
Just found this as well, a video of his girlfriend and her friend trying to sing… he’s on the couch. I was waiting for him to get up and bust out Billie Jean…
Oh, and I love how he says they didn’t want fame even though his mother tried to settle her extortion plot with JC Penney for half a mil… and her kids in a commercial LOL! Frigging WACKOS!!
Here’s another good one… Diane Dimond, who wrote a book about Michael Jackson and who is hated by MJ fans because of her sensationalized reporting on the 2003 case, posted to her website that Grace the nanny spoke out about Michael’s drug abuse… The problem is, she never even spoke to that tabloid and NEVER said those things. She issued a statement to the contrary… But Ms. Dimond didn’t even bother to post a retraction. This is another journalist who makes a lot of money working for somewhat well-known/possibly respected media outlets!!

Okay, I need to rant.
I was just watching the news, and I caught part of a report on Michael
Jackson. As20we all know, Jackson died the other day. He was an
entertainer who performed for decades. He made millions, he spent
millions, and he did a lot of things that make him a villian to many
people. I understand that his death would affect a lot of people, and
I respect those people who mourn his death, but that isn’t the point
of my rant.
Why is it that when ONE man dies, the whole of America loses their
minds with grief. When a man dies whose only contribution to the
country was to ENTERTAIN people, the Amercian people find the need to
flock to a memorial in Hollywood, and even Congress sees the need to
hold a “moment of silence” for his passing?
Am I missing something here? ONE man dies, and all of a sudden he’s a
freaking martyr because he entertained us for a few decades? What
about all those SOLDIERS who have died to give us freedom? All those
Soldiers who, knowing that they would be asked to fight in a war,
still raised their hands and swore to defend the Constitution and the
United States of America. Where is their moment of silence? Where
are the people flocking to their graves or memorials and mourning over
them because they made the ultimate sacrifice? Why is it when a
Soldier dies, there are more people saying “good riddence,” and “thank
God for IEDs?” When did this country become so calloused to the
sacrifice of GOOD MEN and WOMEN, that they can arbitrarily blow off
their deaths, and instead, throw themselves into mourning for a “Pop
Icon?”
I think that if they are going to hold a moment of silence IN CONGRESS
for Michael Jackson, they need to hold a moment of silence for every
service member killed in Iraq and Afghanistan. They need to PUBLICLY
recognize every life that has been lost so that the American people
can live their callous little lives in the luxury and freedom that WE,
those that are living and those that have gone on, have provided for
them. But, wait, that would take too much time, because there have
been so many willing to make that sacrifice. After all, we will never
make millions of dollars. We will never star in movies, or write hit
songs that the world will listen too. We only shed our blood, sweat
and tears so that people can enjoy what they have.
Sorry if I have offended, but I needed to say it.
Remember these five words the next time you think of someone
who is serving in the military;

3I never followed the Michael Jackson trial because I was so disgusted with his accusers-Jaet Arvizo and co. – I just couldn’t believe it was happening. This Arvizo clan are all sorry excuses for human beings-They are Masters of Deception- who took advantage of a kind, caring soul-MJ. These people have no souls and are only interested in MONEY! They are lazy people who want easy money.

Now his crazy ass family is trying to say that this drug addict was murdered. Give me a break the only person that killed Michael was Michael. He had a serious drug addiction and was doing everything he could to get the drugs he wanted. I blame the doctors for letting money get in the way of their better judgement. But in the end Michael pulled the trigger! You are becoming obsessed over this person who manipulated people into giving him what he wanted. 10Michael was not a nice man.. He had plenty of money and brains to get help but he stayed in his victims role and did a lot of mean and selfish things to people and got involved in a lot of foolish things to get attention, and stayed HIGH, tricked people to aid his addiction.. and all we have to do is to blame others not him, so he can continue to be a helpless victim.. ONE DAY everything stopped and went boom.. he died flaunting luck one too many times. If you have children you respect the love and devotion you owe to them to keep them safe and happy. That never crossed his mind. He got them by trickery.. to amuse himself. He just hid them away for his personal amusement and dared anyone to question his motives. Now we know the truth of his own sickness and foolishness .. get used to the truth. He was just a man.. you are making him a god..

15I’m not making anyone out to be a “God”, I don’t condone Michael’s actions, addiction, or odd behavior at times but what I have discovered is that he was not nearly as criminal as the media made him out to be. Now it’s coming out that there were tons of doctors fuelling his addiction for years… It is very sad that nobody in his life ever really stepped in, but how could they? He never had a fighting chance with so many leeches around him. And the Arvizos and the Chandlers are criminals in their own rights, what they did was despicable… can you imagine if someone just randomly decided to get their hands on everything you had and destroy you for their own gain? And they had the media and other greedy people around to help? What is someone videotaped you for 8 months and took every mistake you made, every stupid thing you said, every wrong move you made, and cut it all up to paint you as a criminal… and how interesting that the person who did that to Michael – Martin Bashir – was not only behind the scenes praising him for the good that he saw, but also came out and now says he didn’t think it was criminal…
I’m not saying Michael was a saint, I have read these fan pages and comments where people are calling him an angel and the greatest human being ever and I sure don’t think that… but he didn’t deserve the trial and the media slant on his life. There’s a lot more to the person that was Michael Jackson than what the general public knows.
My site is about gossip and that is what it is here for, and I’m not going to change, but Isaac’s letter I think is more directed at the mainstream media and the government and society in general… and he’s totally right. I agree with everything, how could you not?
And as for JADE, as far as spending time on other things, I actually spent some time this weekend reading about Laura Ling & Euna Lee… and the war… and I watched a show about the veterans who are coming back to nothing… in fact I think my indulgence in actually paying attention to what is going on in the world all last week – MJ and other more pressing and serious issues – I got DEPRESSED!!! Another thing I read about a lot is the prescription drug industry and the health care situation that is DIRE… and I have a friend who informed me she could end up HOMELESS soon with her 2 children, one who is sick… luckily a family member has come through to help her our, but I was going to try to see what I could do to help her as well… so I’m not that shallow of a person.
I have more MJ stuff to report… There is just so much.
And by the way, Star never responded to my FB message in which I asked him about various stories I’ve read (mostly court documents that can not be disputed), and he’s now blocked me. Oh well, I think I got my answer.
I think it might be time to get the chat room going in here again :)

The letter you posted makes it seem as though someone is mad because the spotlight was taken of him for moment in time. What about the care packages that were and are sent, the letters from kids, the millions and millions of yellow ribbons, the endless memorials for our dead soldiers. This young selfish man must have forgotten…that we HAVE not forgotten them. The most interesting part of that letter were the last five words.
“So that others may live…”
Well, let’s see son how much money have you given to charities? Can you come close to the amount of money Michael spent? Michael was not just an entertainer, he was an ambassador to goodwill, to peace, and to the caring of children.
The society we are in today is actually sick, not because of people like Michael, but because of people who like drama, and prey on others to further their own gains.
I have in previous years been involved in many charities having to do with children.
I believe we need to take care of our children. When I grew up in the eighties, you didn’t hear stories on a WEEKLY basis of parents killing their kids.
A couple days ago I was taking a walk, and a was passing a park where some kids were playing. A couple of young girls wanted me to give them a hug. I said no thanks. They asked me why and I told them this;
I am a grown man and you are a child. If I hug you it will look very odd.
Now isn’t THAT sad, one human cannot give another human a hug, for fear of it being taken out of context (which I sincerely believe is what happened to Michael).
@ People like Jade and airhead. If people want to talk about Michael in the positive, let them. It IS THEIR RIGHT. If you don’t like, you don’t have to read it. I mean……did D*ana force you to come to this site and read? Nope.
That is a BIG problem in the world as well. People……stop…just stop. If somebody is doing or saying something that has no physical affect on you…deal with it.. put your big girl panties (or big boy britches) on and let it go. I sincerely believe that some people like to argue for the sake of some sick ego drama queen(king) thing.

Dana- I too am obsessed with Jackson and there is nothing wrong with this. It really boils my blood to see an injustice against someone who didn’t deserve this.
You should read newspapers from other countries such as England because you will see that the reporting during the trial was quite different than in the United States.
What is this about Michael Jackson ‘not being a saint’? Who is a saint? I am not, and I haven’t even made false accusations against anyone.
If I were in terrible physical pain I too would get on prescription pain killers. Who in their right mind would want to fell terrible physical pain?
Where is the compassion? What type of society do we live in? One where anyone can accuse anyone of anything and even in you are found not guilty in a court of law= you are stigmatized for the rest of your life. I have to commend Michael Jackson for being so strong. I certainly am not.
Our society doesn’t appreciate the amazing people we have-we simply bash them. This is the deterioration of the American culture.
As far as Michael Jackson getting all this attention-this is what happens when a great artist dies. Some people act like this is a strange phenomena. It always happens and the greater you are the greater the attention.

19Yeah I mean what is Jade doing besides looking at my site and commenting… and not even offering a solid alternative. I informed her of more things that I was doing… I did take a deeper look into something I was covering.
I actually CHANGED my complete and total opinion of the man now, and while he had faults like we all do as human beings, parents, “victims” of our own personal circumstances, Michael gave what he could – and a lot more than he had to – with his heart… I mean even people like Angelina Jolie – we make fun, and I’ve hated on her plenty because who doesn’t snare at the other woman – but she’s a humanitarian with a huge heart. Her efforts could make so much more of a difference if we weren’t all distracted with bullshit, materialism, satisfying our own selfish needs, etc… I have been listening to Michael’s music a lot and his brother Jermaine kept saying that the message was in his music – and it was – all of it, even the bad… But his songs like Heal The World, We Are The World, Man In The Mirror, even Beat It where he’s telling people to stop fighting. I can’t site an example but I’m sure Michael did his part to support the military before he became a recluse – because society forced him into seclusion, driven by the media.
I have taken a look at Isaac’s letter and thought the same things myself… but that doesn’t change my interest in looking very deeply at this case.
The city of Los Angeles is up at arms over the cost of his $1.4 million funeral. And no doubt, there are better things that money could be spent on – perhaps a new house for the good governor of Alaska – but Santa Barbara County spared no expense when it came to their unstoppable determination to take down Michael Jackson. It was a WITCH HUNT, and it just goes to show everyone how fucked up the media is. I was watching an interview done a year after the NOT GUILTY verdict, Tom Mesereu, Michael’s lead attorney, said he would guesstimate it was THE MOST EXPENSIVE PROSECUTION IN THE HISTORY OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA – PROBABLY THE WHOLE COUNTRY – and to say $10 million would be an understatement. They had 70 officers raid his place, SEVENTY. They took pictures of his entire private area, graphic pictures, and poked at him with a ruler!!! There is documentation that Tom Sneddon KNEW some of the things he was introducing as evidence and some of the stories these people were telling were absolutely FALSE and he still proceeded to move forward. It is just disturbing to read.
If Star Arvizo was really a victim would have have answered me? I mean really… and I don’t know who these people are that are saying they know for a fact he is on here… but if he knew he was telling the truth why would he come here? How could one not have a shred of guilt?
There were rumors that Star Arvizo and his brother Gavin were seen shopping with Tom Sneddon! Why weren’t people stalking them? I guess the identities were hidden for a bit, but they are grown ups now in the eyes of the law. Responsible for their own actions.
That brings me to the women being held in North Korea – they are American journalists of Asian descent who were in China getting the stories from the many women and children who have escaped the brutality in North Korea… That country spent 8 BILLION DOLLARS to preserve the dead body of their former leader and build an enormous pristine shrine to him… no doubt it is beautiful in sight, but there are millions of other living breathing human beings who are starving to death there… and they don’t give a shit!
How much better is it here really… to most of us it’s certainly better… but if you’re poor in this country and you don’t “qualify” for aide for one reason or another, or there just simply isn’t enough left for you, too bad. Meanwhile we can’t decide whether or not to buy a Gucci or a Prada… if we can even still afford to do that.
I am no better than the next person, I like stuff, and struggle just to keep up and provide what we need to live well for ourselves… but the greed in our society as a whole, and the way we’ve all been tricked into it – like with medicines we need because we don’t eat right and homes in forclosure because we bought what we couldn’t afford… Now we have to help each other out and dig out, plus handle the rest of the problems in the world…
I have no idea what the whole point of this is, I suppose it’s just what’s on my mind. In addition to every thing else I have to get done right now!!!

20Gavin and his pitiful family know that they constructed the molestation LIE to get money from Michael Jackson. It was the perfect opportunity for his SORRY LOW LIFE con mother to get her hands on some money. Michael gave nothing but his heart to this kid who was supposedly suffering from cancer (that was probably a lie too) and all they did was take his kindness and rubbed it in the dirt. Their lies are the reason Michael started getting bad press. The accusers know Michael was innocent but all they could see was dollar signs. SHAME ON THEM AND HOPE THEIR LIVES TURN FOR THE WORST. Surely the money can’t last forever….then again if you are a con artist they’ve probably taken advantage of others as well. Only God knows, and will get them at the end.
On another note. Those of you who think you aren’t getting the “PRESS” from the war. I don’t know if you even watch the news, but every night on my channel they honor those who are fighting and those who have suffered the ultimate sacrifice. Maybe you think you aren’t getting the press because the MEDIA has a way of screwing with the mind. We all need to stop listening to the media and demand the truth!!! Also check out the footage of Michael’s last rehearsals where he is paying tribute to those who are fighting in war….

21I too have changed my mind about MJ with all the new info coming out. My point was to say “OK, let’s try to think of something else…….like our troops.” BTW, my husband just got home from his second deployment where he has been away from our three kids for a total of almost 3 years (as a reservist) so that one of you has the freedom to call that soldier in that letter ungrateful. They are very grateful…believe me.

22I’m just here cause I look up information about MJ all the time now. I guess i am really looking for answers, so many things are so unclear, so untrue and so unbeliveable, there are so many void spaces of things in MJ’s life that have me so thirsty for answers. All I can say is let the truth be told so we can have closure on this, it keeps tormenting me that he may have been treated so unfairly and that he may be alive today if some things would have been different. I am so bothered by the fact the family didn’t do better to get an intervention, they should have done everything and beyond possible, there was so much they could have done., even if it involved getting the authorities involved in the illicit drugs that he was able to get, it’ didn’tmatter if were to be in the center of another scandal, we’re talking about his life that neded to be saved.

26Excuse me D*ana but you don’t know what I do in my spare time. On the weekends my time is spend forming motorcycle rides to help our veterans or our sick children. So say what you want about me I really don’t care. Just because my opinion is not the same as yours does not make me wrong. I choose to go with my gut instinct on this one. I agree that there were probably many of people that took advantage of him, that just happens when your famous. But he put himself in situations that allowed that to happen. Now more and more it looks as though drugs may have played a huge part in his life for a very long time.HE needed help bigtime and now people are coming out and speaking that should have came out years ago to save his life.That whole thing is sad no matter how you look at it. 27I completely agree with Thalia about the Jackson accusations being all about money. The truth is nothing was about ‘molestation.’
The chandlers settled because they wanted money. Jackson wanted to fight, but his lawyers adviced him not to- to make this go away.
The Arvizos were hoping the criminal trial would lead to a civil trial- more money.
The DA was more than willing to prosecute because if Jackson was convicted he would be famous and wealthy.
The media were biased against Jackson in order to sell stories.
The media, -producers, executives…were all hoping for a conviction because this would lead to shows, re-enactments, more stories…There was tons of money to be made if Jackson was convicted.
The reason the public was ‘stunned’ at the not guilty verdict is because the media never reported the real story. The Arvizo story was full of holes and Janet Arvizo was a complete ‘wacko’.
Star Arvizo’s famous line during the trial was “I don’t remember.”
Gavin Arvizo during the trial was quite argumentative on the stand because he was simply lying.
Jackson’s lawyer, Tom Mesereau, got Davellin Arvizo to admit she had made some false statements.
Many innocent people lose because they don’t have good lawyers.
Jackson’s lawyer-Tom Mesereau is an excellent lawyer. He is a lawyer who means business and is not interested in the ‘spotlight’ like other lawyers.
Michael Jackson’s life might have seemed a bit eccentric, but this is partly due to the fact that he was so wealthy. He can buy whatever he wants. People who are not wealthy cannot do this, but if they had a lot of money who knows what they would do.

This book is written by a reporter that was INSIDE the court room and heard the FACTS as the jury heard them…which is why the man was aquited!! The father tried extorting MJ first, for moeny and a writing deal (which is documented and proven), and when that didn’t work, thats when he fired off this allegded moloesting thing. **HE SIGNED A PAPER IN ORDER TO GET THE MONEY THAT NOTHING HAPPENED TO HIS SON. Now – what PARENT would do that!!?? If a person truly molested your son, you WOULD work with the DA to put that person in prison so they couldnt do that to anyone else!! And the Chandlers did not. They got what they set out for – which was money – then they took off!

Gavin Arvizo, was a thief and a problem child. He previously had many suspensions and detentions because of his behavior in school. George Lopez, the comedian, even testified in court that Gavin Arvizo had stole 40 dollars from his wallet in the previous months.
They also harrassed and stalked the actor Chris Tucker continually asking him for money and favors. When he would do something for them they would say its not enough and demand more. Chris Tucker warned Michael Jackson to never let that family into his home, but MJ ignored the warnings. Chris Tucker’s ex wife even testified for Michael Jacksons defense at the trial.
The family has a history of extortion. In 1998 Gavin and Star were caught shoplifting some clothes from JCPenny. Caught red handed the mother insisited the boys were planning to model the clothes for the store, even though there was no contract or evidence to support this.
Outside the store Janet Arvizo, the mother, became involved in a scuffle with 3 of the stores security officers. Rather than spend the money on prosecuting the store dropped the charges.
Soon after, Janet filed a lawsuit against the department store for $3 million. She claimed she and the boys had been viciously beaten by the 3 store detectives one of whom was a woman.
During the litigation a psychiatrist was hired and found Janet to be “schizophrenic” and delusional.
2 years later Janet added a new sensational charge claiming the 2 male security guards had “sexually fondled her breasts and pelvic area for up to 7 minutes.
In subsequent depositions Janet, Gavin and Star also claimed they suffered broken bones in addition to there mothers sexual assualt. Although they were never treated at a hospital.
Ulimately rather than face the damaging publicity from a lawsuit the store reached a settlement for $152000 days before the scheduled trial in 2001.

39We should not be surprised by Star’s reaction. Remember that he was part of a court case where nobody was really concerned about truth. From his mother to Jackson’s lawyers, from the press to the Jackson fans, everybody had some version of events they wanted to push, for their own reasons. “Finding the truth” was not high on anyone’s agendas. Why, after all these years, should he or his brother try to give truth to people who haven’t even proved they are concerned about it? (And to Jacko fans who would tear them up for “still lying” if they stuck to their 2003 story, and would tear them up for “lying for years” if they retracted the 2003 story?) Many judge the Arvizo boys for (seemingly) being liars, but who in this story was a model of objectively reporting facts- both those that benefit and those that harm their agenda?
If Star Arvizo send us his version of events, we still would have believed what we wanted about it, right?

44Ugh. That kid’s response made me ill. Up til a few weeks ago I saw things like this on other boards as well, now it seems that this is easier to avoid. I hate that it took MJ’s death for many people to look for truth. Thanks for posting the pictures. I’m moving to ATL in a few weeks and would hate to see the family and not know it so at least I could recognize this one now. Is just david in ATL or the whole family?
MJ’s innocence and the motives of the press, sneeden and the arvizo’s were clear during the trial to anyone who could think for themselves. Michael’s fans were labeled “delusional” because they were motivated to look further than what the MSM tried to force feed them and saw nothing there but lies, greed and the effect that the media and both trials had on Michael’s health.
I don’t want to echo justin, jamie and others too much but I hope that people will realize that the MSM continues to distort information the way they did regarding Michael. While scanning through 90% of the “tribute” mags that came out the negativity was overwhelming. They are still exploiting his pain. The media’s influence on society is unrivaled, yet their obligation to reporting the truth is diminishing (if it is still there at all). I certainly don’t see the depraved accusers coming forward with the truth now (no matter what it is), why would they? They got away with it. What I hope is that this will make people think more critically about what the media is shilling. If society didn’t buy the sensationalized stories, there would be no motivation to write them.

50Gavin, his mother, and his siblings all denied any wrongdoing by Jackson in Feb 2003, when the LA child services and LAPD did an investigation, after Gavin’s teacher saw Martin Bashir’s documentary and reported to the State that he thought Gavin’s mother was guilty of neglect and Gavin was abused by Jackson.
LAPD and LA child services investigagted and found the charges were UNFOUNDED, not unsubstanciated, but UNFOUNDED.
Later, Gavin’s family hired Jordie’s civil attorney and hoped to get a $ payout. Reminds one of MJ’s song Money (anything for money, lie for it . . . )

51Hi Dana. I love this site, i always have and always will……. however i would just like to say that michael jackson PROBABLY was a child molester. Sorry, but they usually choose children that come from horrible, screwed up families with terrible parents and usually single mothers. Think about it. And if you look into the types of people who have sexual relationships w children, it’s usually because they never developed the ability to carry on healthy adult relationships. They are children inside. Dont they always say that about michael?? Didn’t he say it himself?? So the fact that this family is awful and attempted to use their son’s victimization for personal financial gain, actually speaks to the fact that it’s probably true…….. But he was an unbelievable performer and artist and his life SHOULD be celebrated for that reason.

I like your site, and thanks for posting all the Michael Jackson info….i am now reading Michael Jackson Conspiracy…i recommended it…i am not an MJ fan in the sense that i have all his music or went to his concerts, but i never disliked him…in fact, i always felt sorry for him…he was so soft spoken and the media was always bashing him…i can not believe how many people saw him as a walking atm…unfortunately, michael let the wrong people into his life…like i sad i am not an mj fan in the conventional sense of the word, but i did grow up with his music and i specially like his 80s songs-they always made me feel happy and excited…this horrible guy,Star or David Arvizo, that is featured here is like some other bloggers have said ‘very scary and dangerous…

63He did have cancer, he met a number of celebrities while he was in the hospital, and there are stories about how his mother was very rarely even at his bedside because she couldn’t handle it, and because she was a disruption and a lot of the hospital staff didn’t want her around. The family met a lot of famous people, Michael wasn’t the only one to treat them nicely, Chris Tucker took him to sporting events and stuff… Gavin was totally in remission by the time the Bashir video was done, Michael helped him a LOT.
That is not to say that the Arvizos didn’t milk his illness for all it was worth and then some… they were constantly crying poormouth asking for donations and whatever they could get their hands on… I’ve read multiple reports that his cancer treatment was covered by his father’s health insurance but that the mother still tried to organize fundraisers constantly and even tried to insist that checks for charity to benefit Gavin be written directly to her.
So yes, I am pretty sure he did have cancer at one time…

66I was referred to this particular page by a friend. From what I’ve read, it seems that it doesn’t matter which side one stands on, it only matter if they reiterate their point in the most annoying way possible and “try” to bring down the other view.
Both groups bring forth valid points, but I’d have to say that I agree with JADE. She’s probably the only one that isn’t acting crazy.
Dana, I looked at your other stuff and I really like what I read. Thank you for posting this. Although the article is quite bias (who is to say that my comment isn’t?), it still leaves a good open end for discussion. I hope that we can all agree on one thing, we will NEVER know the truth about this case. Things are much more interesting when they’re mysteries. Otherwise, people in general wouldn’t be so heated by topics like these!

68Dana, I watched E Hollywoods True Story about Michael last night. And I watched with a very open mind. At first I was like damn I miss that old early 80′s music he made. The more I watched the more I started wondering if I had been wrong. He did so much for the sick and needy kids, and that imfamous interview was very shady and wrong. But then it got to the trial between Michael and David and some interesting things happened. Yes I think Davids family was totally in it for the money and I don’t really believe he did all that David claimed. However during the same trial several people who had nothing to gain came forth and testified that they had seen Micheal doing things to little boys that were very wrong. Even a youth minister who once stayed with Michael as a kid said he was sexually assaulted by Michael several times. Micheal only won because of how DAvids parents had tried to get money from others. And that none of the witnesses I spoke about earlier saw him do anything with DAvid. The trial was solely “did he molest David” answer was no. However I walked away saying why would these people who had nothing at all to gain say they saw things or that they to were molested? So I remain wondering how may kids are out there that he did things to that are to afraid to say anything because they will be put in the same catagory as David. All I can say is I feel sorry for them, because I do believe he molested little boys.

If you study the trial in more depth besides E! True Hollywood story, you would know the people who said they saw MJ molest boys were disgruntled employees. Some had a wrongful dismissal lawsuit against MJ. If you saw your boss molesting children wouldn’t you want to get the hell out of there? Some people were PAID for interviews or books. So they did in fact have something to gain. Everybody wanted a piece of the MJ pie, the vultures are picking over his carcass as we speak. The youth minister case is difficult to find information about, but what I do know, according to court documents, is the mother and the accuser had a different tale to tell. The mother also said MJ molested another boy, you know, to back up her story. But the man said in court no abuse occured at the hands of Michael. The mother was also paid $20,000 by Hard Copy for an interview. We must always address the accusers motives, especially when your dealing with an extremely generous billionaire. By all accounts, Janet Arviro went straight to a lawyer, THE SAME LAWYER AS THE 1993 CASE! Supposedly, Larry Feldman (Arviro’s lawyer) told Larry King, the family was in it for the money. But the judge did not let King testify.
Even if MJ were guilty, shouldn’t we also be going after all of his staff, all the lawyers and accusers who took payouts for allowing a molester back on the street?

Pardon me, but do you know that these tabloid rags ^ shows will pay tons of $$$$ to people to speak out about MJ? The writer of Man in the Mirror has said she has been called by all of them to offer up dirt on him…..give me a break!! There is plenty to be gained for any of these people. There were many disgruntled ex-employees and people he had cross ways with that wouldn’t mind getting back at him! Come on!
Seriously, I felt that Martin Bashir was a total douche in that program and set MJ up and I am now reading Aphrodite Jones’ book because I guess I never realized how many people thought MJ was guilty and really a pedophile. Was their suspect activity? Sure. It would be immoral not to look into why a 40+ year old man was slumber partying and traveling with children….but if you get past the tabloid rag BS and look at the man’s life, it does not take a rocket scientist to see how he felt/thought/lived. Could most people relate? No. But most people couldn’t relate to ANY aspect of his life to begin with. We’ve never seen anything like him before- and for the naysayers, this is beyond him being a singer & dancer. He broke cultural barriers and this is so extremely important for the advancement of our society to move to equality. On a political level, yes, but also on these social levels. THe man is in the Guinness Book of World Records for his charitable contributions and some people think he is worthless? WHAT?!?!?! I’d like to see what these people do to help make the world better place. This is important on so many levels way beyond whether you thought MJ was guilty or not, way beyond anyone’s GUT feelings. We, as a society, need to look at “the most expensive case in history” and understand what did and did not happen in terms of media reporting and how the media can sway public opinion and “truth” so much because of the control they have and the ignorance & lack of research on most people’s behalf, to the point where it RUINED a man, a man as good as Michael Jackson. This doesn’t mean he didn’t have questionable actions, eccentricities the world couldn’t understand, plastic surgery, surrogate mothers and fathers having babies for him, skin diseases, lung diseases, Lupus, whatever…but honestly, how cruel and horrid are we as a society that most people labeled him as GUILTY because they caught a snippet here & there, and, btw, what’s up with his nose? I mean, good Lord, the man was human just like the rest of us- only better. And he gave us an amazing gift and we, collectively, pissed on him. Very sad. I hope those in the media that are second-guessing themselves now feel like total murderous heathens. NO ONE could live through what MJ went through! Too many holes in that weirdo Arvizo family- and the freakshow Chandler dad & son. MJ was an easy target for all of them because of all the oddities. We need to put the media to a little checks & balances and GET more involved, not “let it go- he’s dead already”. Give me a break- we failed him. And BTW, I love this blog! Thanks for caring.

73Michael should have guarded himself once he learned they were of the Hispanic culture. After learning they were hispanic I would have stay as far from them as I could.
They have a bully God like culture of lieing with straight faces and munipulating people; they killed a black counsel member in Miami (Mr. Til) and everyone walked away knowing they (Hispanic) had framed him. Within two days his seat was replaced by a hispanic the same man who was the orchestrated behind the entire frame. They did the same thing to another African American but he fault back and hired his own private people to uncover the truth and was exuanarated.
They are extremely wild and violent people. Castro is a smart man and he knows how to handle them. They are arrogant and smug and will go to deep ends to frame you to gain what they did not work for honestly. It has been seen over and over in this country.
Michael you will be remembered for the good I saw you do. Many stars get involved with medications for many reasons and I will never judge you. I rather love you for the good and pray that others will do as least some of what you tried to do for the sick. 77Dana let me clarify my statement. I am refering to statements made by my own Hispanic race. First, I do not support Castro whatsoever but he is extremely tough on our community because of our ways. I know for a fact their is less crime and problems because of strict control. I have experienced and seen how most I have come into contact with act and hate others who succeed. They embarass me because of how they are greedy and will hurt anyone to get what they want.
Not saying all but the group that committed such false statements I believe against Michael Jackson only reminds me of what I have seen in California/Texas and other areas where they hibernate. I am very unhappy with their greed and jealousy of others who succeed. It does not matter if we are Hispanic, Black, White, Italian or Columbian we should never lust after anothers wealth or seat and orchestrate ways to get it without getting up every morning and working hard. I have experienced this first hand.
Hopfully this will clarify my disappointment with our people. MJ Rest In Peace.

I have experienced this first hand with my people of Hispanic decent and they are open and smug about it. Let’s get off of Castro now and concentrate on trying to make sure no other person is scandelized like Michael Jackson was because of greedy people.
I think boycotting the media should be a starting point and let’s make sure MJ is remembered for all the people he helped even going through his difficult time.

83Hey Dana, i saw ur website for the first time and i really think it’s great.It’s the first time for me to write a comment on any blog, i usually read and leave but since am a huge and i mean huge obsessed MJ fan i felt like i have to say something.I am a muslim girl from the middle east specifically from Egypt and since the Michael Jackson’s trial i knew without even bothering myself with details that he was innocent i knew because i’ve been through what he has been through he’s childhood,,,i was sexually abused by a man when i was just seven years old and it was horrible and growing up i have the same affection and obsession with kids and children just like he has, since, i didn’t have or live a proper childhood nor proper teenage years like the rest, am now 22 years old and i adore children i always surround myself with them, and i share my bed with them, i watch caroons all the time and buy toys all the time and am more comfortable with them more than i am with the adults because i wasn’t decieved by kids but i was by adults,,so i have to say i totally and completely understand him and his actions he was no weird for me,, i understood him right away,,i was and sill surprised by what the media was and still doing to him, to understand a person u have to be in his shoes, and since i have been in his shoes that’s why i understand his actions, for me as an abused person i see and believe that there is nothing more pure in life than children,,i just wanted to say this because i wanted to say that he wasn’t the only one doing what so called weird actions but there are others and i believe there are many people who are like that,,am sad because i believed that the media and people who hated him killed him by their actions and grabage,,he was a great person really a pure one,,a person who sings those lyrics and do all those good charity stuff can’t be evil, i have a hard time believing so. “before you judge me, try hard to love me” those were his words and they are true,,they destroyed the man infront of us and we did nothing except after his death that’s so sad,,the infinity watts smile that he had after that stupid case disappeared i feel so bad and i can’t stop crying since his death cause i really wanted to meet him and make him feel better about himself. 87ok well… the letter was origially posted on an obscure website in europe, and considering there were also false reports that the other accuser jordie chandler had come forward… so i was very hesitant to believe that letter was real since there have been a lot of false stories and quotes out there that have subsequently been denied… so i wasn’t going to throw that letter out there as authentic without stating that i wasn’t sure if it was real. that’s all. i found her on fb and sent her a message to ask if its real but i didn’t hear back… and i didn’t see her on access hollywood, when was it on?
