She looks HOT alright! Like it was 90 degrees maybe, but those horizontal stripes??? Did she wake up drunk or what?! Should we be seriously concerned about Jessica Simpson? I honestly hope so!
I have to agree that the dress is NOT flattering. They need to fire her stylist or hire one, whichever applies. I think she looks like a fat little bumble bee.
