3I KNOW! I am so irritated… but we just did some more troubleshooting… nothing the geek squad could have done. The issue is that when I log in to update, I can’t use the editor to upload or do anything… we just figured out that it isn’t my computers, it’s something with my settings or something, because when I signed in with a different user name and password it works! I JUST now tried it after days of trying other things… believe me it is one of those fluke things that just happens with computers, I have no idea why. We thought it was something with the cookies/cache in my computers after we did an upgrade, but that wasn’t it… so now we at least know where the problem is, and I can work around it… thanks!!
