Seriously WHAT is going on here? These girls are NINE!
The one on the left is Noah Cyrus – yes, Miley’s little sister – Billy Ray’s up and coming cash cow… and the other girl is Emily Grace. They are Disney girls all the way… at some 19 year old’s birthday party wearing their Juicy bathing suits, carrying big girl pocketbooks, flashing the peace sign… Really, it’s just kind of gross to me. I would not want my daughter hanging out with these 2 little snots AT ALL!!! I’d rather she look up to Miley than this little Cyrus… with her RED BULL! Who lets a 9 year old drink freaking Red Bull??
Oh wait, I guess it works out well since I’m sure she’s putting in 16 hour days!!

4I think they’re dressed too old for their age. Why don’t little girls dress like little girls anymore. I was walking through Kohl’s to the bathroom where the little girls section happens to be and the clothes look like they belong in an adult or junior section.
Looks like Noah inherited the bad Cyrus teeth. That is one thing that I don’t understand they’re millionaire and they don’t get braces for their kids. And I came from a middle class working class family and it was important for them to put braces on my teeth and I’m not even in the public eye.

5Noah’s head looks totally out of proportion with the rest of her body. And I agree about the teeth…FIX THEM!!
