   i dont know if it was fair but if she wants to wear it its her choice. perhaps american idol didnt see it coming and she just wanted to wear it in support of adam. i dont care who wins out of kris and adam, im just glad stupid dead wife danny is gone.

   plus it kinda looked like she was wearin a diaper too

   OMG FNGD RAAB I can’t believe you had to stoop so low as to bring up the mans dead wife. I agree it was time for him to go but dam dude.
   Anywho I thought the cape was just a bit unfair. I am a huge Adam fan but I gotta say little Kris has snuck his way into my heart. The more confident he got the better he sang. At this point I think it would be funny to see Kris win. Knock Adams ego down a bit.

   listen people, it was just a friendly gesture of support!
   Apperently, Adam Lambert and katy Perry were sorta friends or something before he was on the show.

   I don’t think it was the best thing she could have done, BUT she couldn’t just say she supported Adam because they would’ve cut her mike on stage for undue advertizing (like they did with jamie fox)! So she put on the cape – its not like they could just escort her off the stage or tare her clothes off, so she went with that type of support.

   it’s totally her opinion, and even though that wasn’t a very smart move to advertize him on her back, IT’S OK!

   i agree it may have been a bit unfair, but Adam just has that effect on people ^_^ he makes you want to do ANYTHING for him

   GO GLAMBERTS!

   Hey all, the comment about the dead wife wasn’t a slam against her, it was a slam against Danny for using his situation to get sympathy votes.

   And Melissa, I love how people get soooooo nasty and judgemental, all in the name of their god. If your god is as vengeful as you say, then you have just as much to worry about as anyone else, you hateful hateful woman.

   I find this all so hilarious that people get upset over a cape. Plleeeasseee. It’s called showbiz and that’s why the contestants are on Idol, they should want to be a part of it. Adam Lambert want’s and is part of it that’s why he is so popular with “Famous” people.
   They have met before (see perezhilton.com for evidence) so why the heck can’t she support him. It’s not like he knew about it.
   My take… she donned the cape so that people would talk about her, that’s what showbiz people do. And it worked, she’s all over the web today.
   Winner: Katy Perry
   Unfortunately, although he and God had nothing to do with it, Lambert is probably going to suffer from it because of people’s hatred for something he never did.

    I love the cape because Adam is sooooo talented and has everything in terms of sound and looks. And American Idol had no idea she had on the cape with someone’s name – they said so.

    What’s the big deal? Katy Perry supports Adam, so what? I don’t think it will really influence anybody, you like what you like. And they are probably friends. I have a feeling the hatred came from Kris’ fans because they were jealous that Kris didn’t get a lot of supports from celebrities. Adam was already an entertainer before Idol, so I’m not surprised. Anyway, it’s over already, Kris won. I’m not happy but more like, I don’t care. I love Adam Lambert! haha!
