Wow they were wearing masks at rehearsal, not such a bad idea.
So Alexis got booted off, she’s so cute but I don’t think she had what it takes.
Now does anyone else think this whole “the judges can save you” is a crock? I mean, I’m sure they will use it at some point, but there’s no way they were going to use it last night… they’re just trying to beef up the suspense. And talk about putting even more pressure on these kids, now they know they’re in last place and they have to sing their guts out for the chance to stay… it’s bananas.
Anyway, I just had to say that. I thought the judges seemed totoally fake when they were talking about saving her… like no way.

1In my honest and humble opinion, Michael Sarver should have gone home over Alexis Grace. Sure she wasn’t great, but she was a hell of a lot better than Michael – and country should have been his best week! He picked a craptacular song which sounded like gibberish when sung – the iTunes recording is way better than the crap he did last night.
I still love Danny Gokey – his voice is so rich and soulful… Love him! He should kick some serious ass next week for Motown… I think Matt Giraud will also do well…
