Miley Cyrus is asking for trouble – who rides a bike in a short white dress???
The paparazzi on duty must have been respectable, I’m sure if they tried they could have gotten a good shot – but then again, she’s under age so maybe they have a little decency… riiiiggghhhttt!!
Miley rode her pretty flower bike home and discovered Mom’s new porche! She and her sis got to drive it first!
