Good morning…
I have been getting a bunch of emails so I figured I would just make the grand announcement here…
I was laid off from my job at the radio station yesterday.
We are actually not upset in the least bit, as I have been pursuing a few other opportunities anyway… and now we can have a “normal” life for a little while since I won’t have to go to work every night. I was at the station for over 3 years, got to work with some really great people, learned even more about radio, and now I am happy to move on… and I’ll be going to FL in a few weeks!!
We’re off to Wal-Mart to stock the house, we are out of EVERYTHING, I had leftover pizza for BREAKFAST!!

1Dana – I’m glad to hear that you are not upset about this layoff. You are so talented, and I’m sure you will be succesful in whatever you do next. Good Luck!

6Thank you… and Nik, you might hear me again around here soon… we’ll see how the next few months go… Now I am excited to have a life with C-Man and have a social life… and now I don’t really have any excuse for not keeping this site updated constantly since I have no job and Kyla won’t be here for a while!!

7Wow, I’m sorry to hear that, but I know that you have a bright future ahead of you! I have been keeping up with your blog since I first heard you on a radio station in Austin, TX about 3 or 4 years ago. You have such a positive attitude… keep it up!
