Dane Cook has been evicted from his apartment in West Hollywood for failing to pick up his dog’s crap… Apparently sworn statements from witnesses were admitted in court, several neighbors have seen Dane allow his little dog to crap on the lawn… and have seen him walk away without cleaning it up.Â NASTY!

I can’t wait to hear the jokes he writes about this situation… He doesn’t even deny the allegations!
