   Can it be that’s Sam’s family is talented, has great entertainment connections, are rich and famous have anything to do with Lindsay’s recent choices and undying loyality to Sam? Ummm. I think so.

   Ronson was born into a wealthy family in London, England, the daughter of writer-socialite Ann Dexter-Jones and one-time band manager and real estate entrepreneur Laurence Ronson.[1] [2] [3] Her parents are of Ashkenazi Jewish descent, with ancestors from Russia, Lithuania and Austria, and she was raised in Conservative Judaism.[4][5] Ronson is related to politicians Malcolm Rifkind and Leon Brittan,[2] and is the sister of music producer Mark Ronson and her twin, fashion designer Charlotte Ronson.[6] After her parents divorced, her mother married Foreigner guitarist Mick Jones, who contributed to a childhood surrounded by music.[7][8] At 16 Ronson was in a rap band called the Low Lifes.[9]

   In 2008, media outlets began commenting on Ronson and actress Lindsay Lohan, who were regularly seen being affectionate in public. Several newspapers, including The Times and Los Angeles Times, published opinion pieces describing their relationship as romantic.[10][11][11][12] Lohan has yet to comment on the exact nature of their relationship, stating through her publicist that she “wants to keep her private life private.”[11] When pressed by a paparazzo to deny the rumors, Ronson responded, “Are you retarded?”[13]
