I saw it’s both Nick and John’s fault. It was obvious that they were both street racers. Plus John was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the accident. How stupid do you have to be these days to get in a car without a seat belt on? Nick shouldn’t have been racing and John should have had the responsibility to tell Nick to slow down. That’s why I say it’s both Nick and John’s fault.

Why won’t these people just apologize already? Yes, it was an accident, a very tragic accident, but that doesn’t mean you don’t have to apologize and that doesn’t mean that Nick didn’t deserve some sort of punishment.

I love the Hogans… from tv, they seem like a great family… but what he’s saying is just insane. I guess that’s the only positive way for him to look at it and I think, just like any parent, you want to protect your kid and make excuses for them but I think someone in that family needs to stop talking about Nick and start just saying “Sorry” bout John and no ifs, ands or buts includes.

Seemed like he was dodging responsibility quite a bit. I know a parent’s first instinct is to make excuses for their child (I find myself thinking how tired Connor is, when in all actuality he is just being a brat), but that was a bit much. I still can’t get over him saying that he doesn’t believe they were actually drag racing. He based that statement on video footage, but HELLO, Nick’s friend was driving the other car. I would have more respect for him if he would just man up and say, ya, my kid screwed up, I screwed up, he’s paying his debt to society and we’re really sorry. It doesn’t take away what he did to John Graziano, but nothing will take it away.

It was an accident. Nobody intended anybody to get hurt. Although I think Nick’s behavior after the accident — according to the media – was highly inappropriate, it was still an accident.
