Britney Spears spent the day on the beach in Costa Rica… she enjoyed the company of some dude – he looks a little older than her, but she seems to be having a great time!
I don’t think she’s pregnant, she looks much less bloated than she did in the pics from the other day!

3I think she is on some serious meds and I agree she is bloated not prego. Some people do pick up weight when on antidepressants so that could be why you have seen her at the gym so much lately. That being said, I hope she is feeling better.
