I just watched the streaming video of Nick Hogan’s trial on TMZ… He was sentenced to 8 months in jail and 5 years probation with 500 hours of community service.
Everyone spoke – Hulk, Linda, Brooke (wearing an off the shoulder dress!), and John’s parents, sister, and girlfriend.
His friend, John Graziano, is still in the hospital with serious brain damage and will never live a normal life. Such a total shame… I’d hope this would be a lesson to other reckless kids – or anyone for that matter…
Nick and his friend John were drag racing on August 26 of last year when he lost control of his Supra.

1I feel bad for John and his family but when we make a mistake we are held accountable. I am not sure as far as the sentence goes if it was fair but I guess we can all hope when he gets out of jail he becomes a better person and stops the racing.

2I also feel so badly for the friend and his family. This punk kid Nick was allowed to behave recklessly for years with not a little encouragement from dear ol dad. What the hell were they thinking?! Drag racing?! It’s terrible this kind of reality kick in the a** was needed. Jail time is definitely just.
