Let’s Talk About Idol Ba-by!

Yo yo yo what’s goin on baby?  Yo yo yo check it out…  Seriously, Randy irritates me.  As does THIS… is AMERican Idol Ryan Seacrest.  Enough already.  I’m waiting for him to bust out some dance move or Joey Joe wink between the THIS… and the “is”…

Did you notice Paula looked like she was about to blow chunks all over the mic as she went to start talking to Michael Johns?  Is she doing coke now?  Why’s she so sniffly?  Why doesn’t she shut the hell up when Simon is talking?  Why does she feel the need to defend all of the contestents… Seriously, there are three judges, not just Paula.  Shut up gifted one.

Michael Johns – Simon called him “wannabeish”… love it.  I liked his rendition of Dream On. 

David Cook did “We Are We Are We Are Alll Innocent”  and it wasn’t so good.  I love him, but he definitely didn’t make me proud tonight.  Plus, the give back thing written on his hand was super tacky.  If he put it on a tee-shirt it would have been cool but doodled on his hand?  Cheesedoodleish.

I LOVE CARLY, I HATE THE SONG SHE DID!  Carly did The Show Must Go On by Queen.  Not a good song to begin with, didn’t go with the theme, and I love how she blamed Simon’s face for screwing her up!  She said she looked over and saw him scowling (and she made this funny mean face) and it made her lose it… He did say he liked her outfit, last week he totally insulted her clothes… I didn’t think it flatterred her body at all, but whatever.  I still love her.  He thinks she’s in trouble, but I think her singing slightly outweighed the poor song choice…

Kristy Lee Cook sang a Martine McBride song.  I need her stylist, clothes, body… She sang well, but she’s akward.  That’s all I have to say about her.  The judges liked her.

Syesha… she’s a good singer but she doesn’t have the personality the others have.  That’s all I have to say about her.

David Archuleta I just do NOT LIKE HIS DAMN VOICE!!!  He sang Angels by Robbie Williams, a song that I have always liked, but I HATED his version of it!  To me, his voice cracks all the time and he’s nasally… but Simon STILL loves him.  WHAT???

Jason Castro sang a version of Somewhere Over The Rainbow… He looks more like a girl now than ever, wearing skinny jeans!?!  All the judges loved him, I think he does what he does really well, but I wouldn’t buy an album of his songs.

What the pink is Brooke Pink I mean White wearing?  Seriously… I noticed that hot pink mess from the first shot of the group on stage and I waited the whole show to see it up close… and it’s every bit as atrocious as I thought it would be.  Brooke White is a rose pink or pale pink girl, not a hot pink chick!  What’s that saying from grease, she’s too pure to be pink?  Maybe it’s just too much for TV.  She sang “You’ve Got a Friend” and Simon summed it up perfectly -  it was pleasant but not original.

We have to wait til THURSDAY for the results!!!!!! 

The new site is probably going to be up later today or tonight but we still have some work to do… some stuff has to be done once we switch it over, so please be patient while we get it all set up!  It’s really cool though, I think you will love the new look!  I’ve done a lot of nitpicking and have tried to make sure it is a clean, easy to navigate, nice looking site!  And it should be MUCH faster too!
