Jen is older and seems more grounded and balanced - Kate is too hippy-dippy and flighty. Owen needs a rock to lean on, not a feather that might float away. Plus, Kate will ALWAYS put her child first (as it should be) while Jen could dedicate all HER love and support to OWEN. I’d MUCH rather see Owen with Jen than with Kate.
