Rachel Ray at the  South Beach Wine & Food Festival last weekend… Holy low cut dress!! I try to watch her show sometimes but I have to be honest, something about her annoys me a little. I think it’s the scratchy over-excited voice or something… I watched her make these garlic bread pizzas though… OH MY GOD SUPER YUMMY!!!
