Mischa Barton was out shopping for magazines yesterday… She’s going to be charged with DUI and posession of marijuana… She was pulled over on December 27th and had weed in the car… and she was wasted. She also didn’t have a valid CA license. She apparently said she’s disappointed in herself and will never do anything that stupid again. But she’s still committing fashion crimes on a daily basis.Â

1Hey, the glasses are a step in the right direction! They kinda make her look smart, aaand the yellow shoes match the fire hydrant in the background.Interesting choices!

2Its funny how people try and put on the good girl image after a arrest like this and then once its over she will be like Lindsey and will get another one and go to rehab 3 times. I think it should be MANDATORY JAIL TIME FOR A DUI You could kill someone.!!! This is not a movie so stop being stupid idiots and driving drunk.
