Thanks, Dana for replying. I posted earlier and said I didn’t really think it was cool of you to post the video, and I don’t really. But I understand that you weren’t making any sort of mockery of him or his life. Really, its those people who are scowering the internet for Heath trash talk who are really to blame.

I think everyone should be mad at the news agencies that made this video seem like he did drugs. They cut out excerpts from this video and made him seem like a drug addict but THATS NOT THE CASE and thats what people should be mad about…Not the video all this video shows is HOW MUCH HE LOVES THAT LITTLE GIRL

I really don’t get why there is so much outrage over this. There wasn’t this much outrage over the posting of naked pictures of Vanessa Hudgens!! And that’s a young girl completely exposed!!! But someone leaks footage of a dead actor and it’s so wrong and unethical… please. What about the pictures of Anna Nicole with her dead son??? Those are far worse and far more disturbing… but because Heath was a pretty well respected actor to begin with, and his life hadn’t already been all over the tabloids and belittled, it’s “outrageous”…

Yes, his death – regardless of what caused it – was tragic… anyone who dies before their time, especially when they have young children, is tragically lost… but this video footage isn’t the most horrible thing to ever be released, nor is it all that incriminating!

I’m not posting it and saying “oooh look at Heath, he must have been a total coke head, he must have been doing drugs and he obviously had a secret drug battle…”

In fact, I believe I said the OPPOSITE – and you’re right – this video is ridiculous – it doesn’t really show him doing or saying anything all that horrible!!!

If you go back and read my post from last week when I posted the promo with a little bit of the footage in it, I DEFENDED Heath!!

I’m going to copy this and post it to the main page, and put a link to my other posts on the matter, because you’re accusing me of saying what all the other tabloids are saying – AND I AM ACTUALLY SAYING LOOK AT THE VIDEO AND SEE JUST HOW RIDICULOUS THIS SMEAR CAMPAIGN IS!!

Seriously, stop faking outrage at the wrong thing… The video is not SHOCKING, it’s stupid. Heath’s not shown doing ANYTHING… and if he had done something, would they have cut it out?? NO! Heath didn’t snort cocaine in the video, and he probably didn’t do it that night… he talks about how he used to smoke 5 joints a day but HE DOESN’T ANYMORE!!! So freaking what if the guy liked to smoke weed??? And he’s talking about his daughter a LOT, he was a great dad, and a good person, clearly, and my posting this video has nothing to do with anyone’s attempt to prove he was a drug addict or a bad guy!!

Does anyone get that???

If Britney, Lyndsay, Paris, Pete or any of the other “bad” hollywood stars was in this video you would all be all over it like a pack of wolves!!! You can choose not to click on it, but dont chew Dana out because she did what so many wanted and posted it! I for 1 dont want to see it, so I didnt click on it – end of story.

I think it’s important that Dana posted this… It is out there, and it is over two years old, but peole want to see this and they are going to do whatever they have to. We are all the same peole that want to know what is going on with Britney Spears in a hospital, whether or not Angelina Jolie is pregnant and many other topics – but the video is linked.
Don’t watch it if you don’t want to – no one is forcing you to.

Dana, I’ve always though that people were really shitty when they made rude comments on your site. However, my opinion has now changed. For Christ’s sake, even Perez had enough respect not to post this video. I can’t believe that you had the audacity to post this. I have lost all respect for you.

If people want to see the video bad enough, it’s out there, make them search for it. Perez didn’t even post the video, who ever would have thought you would sink lower than him just for some hits.Think of someone else just for a minute…how would you feel if you were in his mother’s shoes??

I don’t think it was “wrong” to post this, and you’re right – it doesn’t show him doing drugs… it is all speculation… but a lot of people want to see the video, so I provided the link to it. You can choose not to click it. I also said in a previous post that I think it’s ridiculous how much of a smear campaign there is against him and that just because he was hanging out with people who were doing drugs and admits he smoked a ton of pot doesn’t mean he was some suicidal/OD’ing drug addict… but I posted the video because a lot of people are curious to see it. Sorry if you don’t agree.

I have to agree with everyone else…Of course you are going to post whatever you want, but come on, it’s a non-story. And to call it the “drug video” is even worse. How do you think it would make you feel if that video was starring your daugther’s father?
