1i kinda like the red hair on her….it’s better than her usual blonde and i’d haveta say she looks better than lindsay right now!

5OK can someone please tell me if I am seeing this right?? Is she wearing yellow eye liner, pink “band aide” looking things on her fingers and a piece sign tattoo on her finger??
I love her red hair and she looks really cute but I dont understand the rest…or maybe I just cant see
