   I believe that’s her. She should know better about taking any kind of photos that could get people’s tongues wagging about how “scandalous” they are. She’s a kid. Let her be a kid without all the stupid speculation about how slutty/skanky she is.

   I think it is probably just a girl that looks a little like her. The pics aren’t that great of quality and I think she would be more careful about doing something like this… At least I would hope so!

   It’s Miley Cyrus.
   It would be VERY hard to do that on photoshop and the piture with the Hello Kitty blanket is real too.Miley has posed in a picture with that same blanket behind her.It’s not a “poser” of Miley either because I know for a fact that’s Miley Cyrus.Unless there’s a twin of her.They’re not that “scandalous” people.She’s just in a shirt with underwear shorts on.WHO CARES!Miley’s a normal teen.People need to get over it.

   A “normal teen”? I wouldn’t want my teenage daugther posing like this in any way. I’m not gonna hate on Cyrus if it is her, but don’t justify the pictures by saying she’s being a normal teen. There’s nothing normal about that, sorry.

   seriously I didn’t take pics like that of myself and post them on the internet and I wasn’t a teen all that long ago, at least I like to think so!

   I think it’s her. It’s sad too, she is only 15. 15 year old shouldn’t be posing half naked. Even more so since she is famous, these are things you need to think about. What is more important…your career or taking half naked pics with a camera phone? Then again she might be releasing the pictures on purpose or it may be a look a like.

    I agree with most of you. This isn’t “normal” teen behavior. I certainly hope my teenage niece doesn’t have pictures of herself like this posted. What’s next? Another Vanessa Hudgens? I like Hanna Montana and Miley Cyrus, don’t get me wrong, but this is just the beginning…

    Ok, surely no one would want their kids posing in undies & a shirt, but the reality is that many and i mean MANY of them do so. Chances are almost everyone has taken a provacative pic of themselves when they were teens. Ours just didnt blow up into a controversy. It’s a part of being a kid. She isnt naked & exposing herself like Brit. She’s just taking innocent pictures of her belly or whatever. It’s really NOT A BIG DEAL. She’s just a girl that happens to be famous so obviously anything ‘out of the ordinary’ that she does will be all over the wec. I think when she starts going comando & not keeping her legs crossed, thats when she would be crossing the line.

    I still like Hannah Montana/ Miley Cyrus…My daughter is 2 and we will be seeing her in concert. I dont really know if the pictures are real or not but really everyone makes mistakes and not so good judgment calls but Vanessa Hudgens came out and acknowledged that she made an error in judgment and apologized so you cant hold that against her forever …This is nothing like Britney because she wants people to follow her…I think Britney even stages her own photos and cashes in on the pictures.

    WOW, Miley this is not surprising haha[: most stars end up like this, look at Lindsay Lohan she ended up all slutesh and she started off like you a usuall Disney Channel star, you werent fooling anyone! we all knew you would end up like this! but after all your music rocks[:

    If you are 15 years old you should be aware that when you put these types of poses on the internet you increase your risk of having a predator target you. It’s not a good idea hun, don’t do it!

    It’s incredibly sad. people asume that famouse people should be perfect. look at yourselves. do you know people that DUI? have YOU ever DUI? the only differance is that no one cares about you enought to post it in a mag. Life is tough. People make mistakes. People get drunk. People get arested. People asume that all these things shouldn’t happen to famouse people. well, it does. Get it or get over it.
