February 20th will be the 5 year anniversary of The Station fire in Rhode Island. One of my boyfriend’s best friends lost his sister in the fire. 100 people were killed in this senseless tragedy. The band (Great White) lit pyrotechnics on stage that they never should have been using, the building materials were not up to standard, and the building did not have a sprinkler system as required by law…
The families are still fighting to build a memorial for their loved ones on the land… Please take a minute to stop by their MySpace page and offer support.Â

1Thank You for the love……Letting people know is very critical to helping the cause for a proper memorial for all who have been touched by this tragedy. You can also go to the following page to remember those who have been lost.
