IT IS HER FAULT NO ONE ELSE'S!!!! She is an adult now and it is time that she take responsibility for her OWN actions. I understand that she had a rough childhood because of her parents but has no one else had problems with there parents. We dont all have drug and alcohol addictions now do we. How long can she blame her parents??? She has a choice and if she is old enough to drink then she is old enough to be responsible DONT YOU THINK??? Oh and when she KILLS someone because she is cracked out and driving drunk again she we just take her parents to court and charge them??
