Nicole Richie is PISSSEEEDDDD off about reports that she was seen smoking while pregnant outside restaurants in New York City last week. Nicole’s rep released a statement calling the reports “inflammatory” and also said it’s impossible since Nicole hasn’t been in the country in weeks and hasn’t been in NY since September 5th.
And no, that’s not my creative genius written on there… I stole the picture from you know who… shoot me!

BTW, I don’t think it’s “stealing” if the photo was already stolen from another source. More like receiving stolen property.
