I love how Tara Reid says she’s not as stupid as Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears and then she wears THIS to an event the other night… and look at the shoes… I guess they’re kind of cute in a Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz meets hooker kind of way… That dress makes her look slouchy and pregnant!

2Well, technically she is not as stupid because she has not ever been arrested and she has only had pics of her bad boob job taken, not her pantiless (is that even a word?) crouch….but still, I don’t think being smarter than Lohan or Spears is much of an accomplishment…right?
