It’s not like she needs to wax underneath the eyebrow. All she needs is a little clean up in between then she will look like a normal 11 y/o girl. I’m sure she gets picked on for it. Those things are a teasing waiting to happen.

YES!!!! Its not like you are dying her hair or anything!!!
Just even a nice trim would do! Those things are wild. Its a shame because she is a pretty girl, but those eyebrows are out of control!!!
