Kelly Osbourne looked better a few years ago when she was changing her hair color every other day… at least then she just looked like a fat kid acting out. Now she looks old and creepy and ridiculous with that bowl cut. She apparently partied with Mary Kate Olsen in London last night when these pictures were taken… to be a fly on the wall…

2Can you imagine what it looked like to have her standing beside Mary Kate? Like Laurel and Hardy is my guess.
