She graduated Summa Cum Laude and graduated with a BA in Mathematics. She co-authored a paper in the Journal of Physics: Mathematics & General that helped solve a problem in the area of statistical mechanics, now known as the Chayes-McKellar-Winn theorum.
Not too long ago she put out a book for teen girls called,”Math Doesn’t Suck: How to Survive Middle-School Math and not Break a Nail”
Danica stopped acting for a while to go to college for Math and Science and just wrote a book about math for girls. She is trying to show girls that you can be smart AND sexy. Here’s something from her website: Danica took a hiatus from acting for college, and she graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics! While she was there, she even co-authored a math proof – new research proving an original math theorem – highly unusual for an undergraduate. In fact, she was the only undergraduate invited to speak at Rutgers University’s biannual Statistical Mechanics conference a few years back, and she was featured in the Science section of the NY Times on July 19th, 2005.
Ahhh, Winnie Cooper…the essence of every girl teenage boys wanted but could never have. I’m still a little unrequited about the series finale of ‘The Wonder Years’. It reminds me of my bitter-sweet days in high school. It wasn’t exactly the ending I wanted. Some of you probably know what I’m talking about.
Terrified he wouldn't do justice to one of his fellow actors, Josh Brolin almost quit Men in Black III before he even got started when Hollywood asked him to do his best impression of Tommy Lee Jones. “I got totally frustrated and wanted to quit, and wanted to call Sony and say, ‘You’re gonna waste your money, because I can’t do this,'” Josh Brolin […]
When a 12-year-old Khaki Scout escapes a camping trip to marry a depressive blue-eyeshadowed girl and her cat, getting struck by lightning is the least of his worries. This quirky, emotionally subtle little indie is about the pure, raw feelings of love most of us learn to squash once we hit adulthood. Wes Anderson succeeds in making us laugh as we tap into o […]

4She has a TV show on WE or Oxegen, I can’t remember which one. She’s like a mom and a spy at the same time. I’ve never seen it, it might be canceled.

5I think it’s still on, I’m always seeing commercials on the WE channel for her show. She even has “webisodes” online.
