   She wasn’t drunk (yet)… she had just stepped in mud. Saw the clip on TMZ. See how rumors get started ;)

   It must be nice to always go out and party and not have to do a thing. Then get in trouble with the law and get bailed out of it for just being who you are.

   The first photo where she is being assisted on to the sidewalk was a video on TMZ. She was being hounded by the paps and pushed off the sidewalk. As for the fence climbing, ok, she looks drunk.

   She may be drunk but if you watch the view on TMZ this main pic is part of it and she is actually being dragged through a crowd and they drug her through a puddle. She was rather upset that they did that. Still a sleaze though!

   If I was her parents – I would so bust her ASS! I would take away everything she has & kick her out of the house. OMG – I would be ashamed to be her parents.
