Denise Richards out shopping… Perhaps to relieve some of the stress her ex Charlie Sheen is causing. Not even a month after he got engaged – and she nicely congratulated him – he’s taking her to court over their custody agreement!
“This is disgusting,†Richards says. “He is doing this now because he’s not happy with me and the custody arrangement.â€
“My mom is going through chemotherapy and I asked Charlie if my mom could see the kids before she got really sick,†the actress adds. “That’s a valid request. He doesn’t stick to the schedule he has with the kids—that’s not my fault.â€

1why is he an ass? He just wants to have his kids unsupervised by her nanny/spy. He should not have to have her nanny watch the kids at his house. That is just stupid. She should grow up, and let him have parental rights.
Her congratulations was probably only for the public anyway, I doubt she meant it.
