Now, I could maybe understand if this was some impromptu Thelma and Louise girls being crazy jump in the water thing and they didn’t have their bathing suits, BUT HER FRIEND HAS A SWIMSUIT ON… and she knew to bring a towel. What a nutbag!

1I do not understand Britney Spears logic at all… This isn’t the first time that she did this – but this is the first time that some onlooker didn’t offer a bathsuit to her.
And when did her hair get so long???
