An Indian high court has sensationally issued a warrant for the arrest of Richard Gere, following the Hollywood star’s kiss with Shilpa Shetty at a public charity event in Mumbai.
TMZ reports that Judge Dinesh Gupta has said that the clinch between Gere and Shetty “transgressed all limits of vulgarity” during the event designed to publicise HIV/AIDS.
He also described the incriminating video footage as “highly sexually erotic”, criticising Shetty for not resisting Gere’s “advances”.
Gere could spend three months in jail if caught and found guilty: Unbelievable yet true. Â
It is not known when he might return to India as a result of the warrant.

They TOTALLY missed the point of the whole thing…
At an benefit for AIDS… etc… and WHO wouldn’t want a
kiss from Richerd??? VULGAR?? He dipped her and kissed her
cheek for GOODNESS SAKES!! Makes me mad… there are WORSE
things that happen in INDIA… like the caste system….
